Great place!! Super clean, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Feels like all the comforts of home even when you are on vacation. Staff is very nice and super accommodating. Great location for me. Close to downtown yet far enough away at the same time.
Excellent service, wonderful rooms. We had a minor noise issue with neighbors, but the staff got it sorted right out. Spacious, and clean. Overall wonderful experience, at a reasonable rate, given the three bedroom suite we had reserved.
This hotel is a little slice of heaven for a reasonable price! For the first time, it was a fun experience. A big thumbs up! We hope to return to this hotel in the future!
The place was amazing. The staff was over the top nice and helpful...the room was very clean and spacious. I have ZERO complaints. I will definitely book here again when I return to Chicago!
Attended a socially distance wedding reception with 6 people and it was really well done. One of the suites was used by the bride's so we did get so see a little bit of it and it was honestly incredible. It was a complete apartment! Full sized kitchen, full sized bathrooms and bedrooms. Even a balcony with grill. For a family or a longer stay this is an incredible option for staying on the northside.
