Great hotel for the price and location is great. There was a glitch with reservation and the room but thanks to Pedro at the front desk it was quickly straightened out. The view from 24th floor is awesome. This will be the place to stay in the future.

It was worse experience to stay in downtown. No hotel in downtown chicago have own free parking. Just for one night parking price is $53 and its away from hotel. Its so confusing in downtown for tourists. Google maps does work here. Too many streets here in downtown. Not good for new comers. So confusing. Hotel said on booking . com they will give us river view room. But they gave us no view at all.
This is the view from the small queen room. Staff refused to change, even with half-empty hotel. Buyer beware.
The rooms were very cute, but small. The room that we had booked smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us an upgraded room. Parking is a nightmare because it's Chicago, but it's either over $50 for valet, or $25 for self park and a 4 block walk. Despite the staff being great, I don't see myself staying there again.
Small room, but understandable for downtown Chicago. Thermostat didnt work, so room was cold. Also a loud humming could be heard even when thermostat was turned off. Sounded like a vacuum was right outside our door all night long.
