LOVE LOVE LOVED my stay here! So different from all the other Hotels. Very modern and equipped with technology like Alexa and robots Cleo and Leo. My room was very spacious! Everything was clean! Will for sure be staying here again on my next visit to Chicago. Close to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, 360 Chicago. Loved walking around Chicago Downtown
Love this hotel ! Stayed for New Year’s Eve/ Day. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Hotel room was spotless , not even any dust. The cleanliness during COVID/ the pandemic really made me feel comfortable. I had not even checked out and I was already looking forward to my next visit. Decor was a vibe ! Floor was quiet. Bed was comfortable. The two things that sucked were the parking and check in time. I Requested early check in and could only be accommodated for one hour early. Anytime more than one hour I was told would be a charge for another day. Overall would stay again.
Hotel was beautiful, however. We booked the 6am check in 6pm check out package. We checked in around 4pm and checked out at 5pm. We didn’t know we needed our ticket validated, no one reminded us at check out and no one was able to validate our ticket after checking out so we had to pay $91 for parking in a self lot where we weren’t able to get our car out at Anytime during our stay. I believe at the very least the staff should double check if you need your ticket validated or post signage or something.
This is the coolest hotel you will find in Chicago. I’ve stayed at many other places and nothing has come close to this one. They have robots to deliver room service, and this is a must see! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If your looking for a unique, inspiring and eccentric hotel this is the place. The best hotel experience I have ever had.
Great location if you're looking to stay near the magnificent mile. The hotel is clean and the best part is the robots that come to your room if you are in need of any amenities. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Great mirror in the rooms for applying makeup, along with a magnifying mirror. Def recommend staying here.
