Had an amazing stay during a snowy weekend in Chicago this past month. I usually stay near the airport or in downtown during my trips to Chicago and wanted to try something different. I came across the Hotel Lincoln on the Hyatt website and what a great find!!! Hotel is well located in the Lincoln Park section with great food and beverage. Staff goes above and beyond to make your staff perfect. Big shout out to Drew and Van. Can't wait to come back.
Great stay!!! No better location for us when visiting our son and his family. Staff was very helpful, especially Van who went over and beyond to help make our stay possible.
Our room was just what we needed. The pillows were top quality which made for a great night's sleep.
Absolutely loved the location and room! Being on a higher floor the view was gorgeous! The staff is really friendly & courteous. Armando took great care of us. Had no issues during our stay. The coffee shop downstairs has a small but delicious menu. All the covid protocols in place exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay in this region! We look forward to coming back here in the summer.

Beds super comfy, we had a beautiful lake view. The sunrise was amazing over lake Michigan ❤ Coffee counter in lobby opens at 7am (Sunday) Again, greet service and conversation We enjoyed our at Lincoln Hotel
Nothing went as we were told. Valet "closes" on Sunday evening @ 5pm & $66/day, I expected it to be the whole time. Now have to park a block away and pay another $32. Was not told in advance about the valet closing
Room didn't have bedding for pull out bed, no toilet paper and no batteries in remote. Added fee for 'amenities' daily but no amenities to be had. Roof top bar has a wait list, front desk said they would give guests priority but that is far from the truth. They wouldn't even put us on the wait list the first night. Second night, 1.5 hour wait for us.
