I had a great stay. As it turned out, this was one of my best hotel stays EVER, thanks to the Assistant Manger Ron. I later found out that the key to getting a better room is to check in early (which I did not do).
As a full-time caregiver in much need of respite, upon my arrival I asked the desk clerk for the quietest room in hotel. They were sold out and they only room they had was a couple of floors above the club. I almost wanted to cry and I guess it showed on my face. The next thing I know Ron took over. I ended up with one of the best rooms in the hotel...a suite! It was perfect. It was sooo comfortable, especially the bedding. I didn't want to leave. Most importantly, I didn't hear a thing. I slept straight through the night.
Would I stay there again? You bet! Even though Ron gave me good advice...if you really want peace and quiet don't book a downtown hotel. He's probably right, but I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is very clean and has tasty meals available at their cafe. Of course, there is a McDonald's next door if you prefer, as well as an upscale shopping center within one block. Despite being walking distance to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Very nice hotel that I plan to return!

Lovely experience here. Money was well spent. Great room size & views. Great value for a boutique hotel. Wish the fitness center was bigger tho.
Definitely in the top 5 Hotels Chicago has to offer. Staff was VERY nice when my girlfriend and I overslept and missed check-out. Gave me a good deal.on another night. Was polite if I forgot my mask in the lobby or somewhere in hotel out walking around. The style/layout of this hotel is definitely my favorite when you have stayed at other very nice hotels in the city. Were not talking about a best Western out by the airport. You wake up to a view of the great lakes. Only to find out they have a 5 star restaurant on the top.of the hotel with an award winning view and quality of service and food. Seriously did not know that when we booked our stay here. This place is definitely special to me now
I've stayed here multiple times through Airbnb for business and weekend trips with friends. I have to say the price was insanely low compared to the value of the room (must of been a down time).
Also has an amazing rooftop restaurant/lounge. I had some awesome sliders there and decent mimosa/bottle service. I believe this place converts into a club maybe at night.
