Wonderful atmosphere, amenities, cozy comfortable beds and linens. Safe and clean. Amazing food and service. Smart clean tablets for control of all your lighting heating and entertainment needs.
The room was beautiful. It was very clean, smelled good, the beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows to push around and sleep on and it was very comfortable! There were shutters that opened all the way and the window opened too, all the way. Most hotels don't let the windows open that far. The bathroom was awesome and the shower had a massage head instead of one of those cheap shower heads. The housekeepers made the room beautiful every day without exception. The wifi worked and was fast, all the hotel information is on a tablet, the mini fridge was cold and all was good. they have a business center, a decent gym and a laundry that doesn't rob you of every dollar you have to get clean clothes.
I have to honestly say, the Peninsula beats our expectations every time we stay here. We enjoy staying in high end hotels for the service and this place tops the cake. We are continually surprised by the over the top level of attention and detail their staff put into every interaction. If you’re debating on any hotel in Chicago, you definitely will not be disappointed the Peninsula. I would live here if I could!

Right by Michigan Avenue and al the shops the hotel is clean modern and great service. The spa is a must visit, the rooms are clean and chic
