I really love the concept... and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The suite was perfect for working and resting. The 24hr art exhibit was inspiring to check out super late, when I couldn’t sleep. The staff was friendly. The room was equipped with extra supplies for pandemic safety. I will definitely visit again. Thank you.
Nice museum hotel in RN neighborhood with very good location and attractive rooms. Art gallery is pretty interesting and provocative. Work in progress: no restaurant or bar yet, other amenities are missing. Hope that it will be as good 21C as the one in Nashville!
Absolutely fantastic! Charming, edgy, sophisticated, romantic setting with eclectic cultural decor and presentation. Efficient and elegant room and appointment. Courteous diligent team members. Terrific location on Michigan Ave. Highly recommend.
It was a great experience when we stayed there for one night. Everything is modern and new. The location is perfect. However, the price you are charged for initially is not the final price. You will be charged again after you check out for the so called " urban fee". I called them after I found out that I was charged again. The hotel explains that it is for the so called "museum" they have, for discounts at their own gift shop, for parking discounts, for $10 bar credits. I was not aware of any of the benefits when and before I stayed there. And I will think twice before I book a room there if I know they are charging me for the unnecessary fee.
First and foremost this was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. I almost didn’t chose this place because it sounded too good to be true. I booked last minute and my initial check in staff was extremely friendly (wish I caught their names , it was a gentleman and a lady security in the evening Around 5pm). I was offered an upgrade which I did take because it was my birthday , and the room was clean, beautiful with a great view. Everyone was practicing safe covid protocols as well. I also got a mini bar credit of $18 which I was able to get something nice because they have a wide selections
When I came back around 3am. I had the most amazing encounter with Jose and Lily ! The hotel is inside and Museum which is 24 hours(great to explore after dinner) They were very knowledgeable about the amazing exhibits the are featured throughout the hotel. We had great conversation and made the night worth everything.
The exhibits are what make the entire thing beyond worth it. They are so beautiful , so powerful ! I feel like i got something more than just an experience . This is something I’m going to remember forever and will constantly stay.
Parking was offered for $25 I booked through Expedia which states $53 but I used spot hero and found a garage around the corner for $10.
