I spent 3 nights including St. Patrick's Day in Virgin Hotel's Grand Chamber King Suite. Fantastic room. Size was spacious, furnishings were stylish, amenities were plentiful. Service was amazing. Andrew and Lowie at the front desk were great. Jim made us feel like special guests. Get In The Know, it's worth it and fun. We had a view of the green Chicago River which was spectacular. Location = Superb! Highly recommend.
Great costumer service price is very reasonable. The room is spacious and cozy! Also has their own restaurant that delivers for room service you will pay for your own food or charge to the room. Overall a nice stay I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!
So, the room is nice, gave me an older vibe with some “updated” things but the parking. It took 30-45 min just to park. So stressful to the point me and my boyfriend said never again. The first parking garage right by the hotel was full but it did not tell you so we wasted time there. The second one is a BLOCK down so if you have a lot of luggage, don’t bother. The front desk gave us the wrong “free parking” pass so when we went out of the first garage they tried charging $28 and the clerk there yelled at us for the hotel giving the wrong location on the sticker. Had to go back and fix it. It was just a disaster. It wasn’t all that ..but any other persons stay could be better than ours.

The owner reached out and was very professional and showed concerns in the drawbacks we had while we stayed. I’ve never had that happen but even though we didn’t have a good time in some areas, I appreciate that this business is ran by great management. They really do care ! Changed from 1 star to 3.
Easy check in. Looks clean. Lobby Interior and halls look a little old but might be what they are going For. The rooms look updated. Really cool how they have retro looking furniture. But they are all new.
The rooms are really great. Love the separation of the restroom and the room. Plenty of space for all 4 of us. The ONLY downside is the parking. You have to pay every single time you leave and come back. Approximately $25 each time. That can be kind of pricey. Definitely recommend!
