The staffs were polite, supportive and informative any time I asked questions. The hotel was very tidy in all ways. One of my favorite aspects was the meal, it was very delicious, and the presentation was very stunning! Strongly suggested to everyone!
this was my second stay here, the first was pretty decent. The second time I stayed here on Feb 7, my room was literally 45 degrees- and the heating did not work at all. I had the thermostat set to 90 degrees and it was blowing cold air. I was shivering through out the night even under two comforters, and basically stayed in bed the duration of my stay because the rest of the room was literally freezing. I could barely sleep and the 2 hours of sleep i did get i woke up to a bloody nose- due to the temperature of the room being absolutely freezing.
Terrible Serivce, staff is miserable to deal with. What is even worst is that Wyndham just allows any property to treat customers like this. I wouldn't stay here ever again, and I am sorry for anyone who does. They are arrogant people at this hotel, and they should be reminded that at the end of the day, no matter what they call themselves, they are still just a Days Inn.
I stayed this hotel back in August when a friend and i visited from NY and fell in love with Chicago and recently stayed again for an interview i had out it Chicago and was treated very well by the front desk staff, i originally booked a queen room and wanted a street view facing the front but it wasn’t available so i was upgraded to a king with street front view at no cost, for someone like myself who work in the hospitality industry great customer service is a big deal and the staff at this hotel fall nothing short of that. I just want to say thank you for making my stay very comfortable. This hotel is definitely a must stay very cute and chic and very convenient to get around downtown Chicago.
Cute boutique hotel. Made the mistake of ordering "room service." Food is off site and WAY OVERPRICED and food options are limited. I got there at night so wasn't going out.
