It was great. The costumer service was was nice. The rooms perfect and classy and clean with mini bar and snacks. Parking not that great either u can park in the paid parking lot in the alley next to the hotel or pay for parking on the street.
Excellent customer service, very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Street parking nearby is plentiful and cheap. Great location as well. Definitely a steal for the price!
Nice, older neighborhood hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bath/shower combo was good. Lighting in the bedroom could have been brighter. We should have called someone, but we couldn't seem to adjust the heat in our room and it would get awfully hot. Will be staying here again when I visit Chicago.
Very nice boutique style hotel. Clean rooms even tho small. Cant get tea or a pen and paper but still nice. All conveniences within walking distance
I had a great stay at this hotel. Wonderful location within the city. Very easy to get around the city. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable. Differently will return on my next trip to Chicago.
