Me and my wife needed assistance from staff due to religious reasons. The staff showed their willingness, care, and knowledge from previous experience on how to assist us. They were happy to help with everything we needed and we're friendly the entire time.
Spacious rooms, including the bathrooms. Great location, close to Michigan Ave. Excellent price for the area. Friendly and helpful staff.
First-class accommodation. Rooms very spacious and clean. Right in the heart of the city. Everything you need for shopping and Starbucks across the street for your morning coffee. Highly recommend!
Nice hotel for a decent price. They didn’t have a microwave in our room, but they were kind enough to haul one up for us to store in our room during our stay. Nice location next to Rush street as well so there wasn’t much of a walk at all to go get great food.
Clean and simple. Rooms were modernly decorated. No outlets by the bed, but minor quibble.
