I booked online through their website. The advertised rate did not include a $30/night "amenity" fee that was required on check-in. The advertised cost was $190 before taxes and fees and $320 after. Completely dishonest pricing meant to take advantage of travelers instead of accomodating them as a valued guest.
Great location, modern and clean. Great fun neighborhood vibe which includes a night life out the window which we enjoyed. We found plenty of free street parking 0.5 miles away, which was a quick walk. During COVID-19 apparently there is no staff in the hotel which was a surprise for us. The staff is only available via text preferred not ideal for us. No refrigerator in room. 5 Stars because without COVID it wouldn't been a 5 star stay.
Awesome, just awesome. Stayed here to see Ladytron at the Metro. Love this place
Loved our stay at The Wheelhouse! Very conveniently located, everything regarding check-in was explained perfectly. Touchless check-in was a breeze and the room was very clean and just as nice as in the pictures. Highly recommend.
Awesome location. Great rooms. Made check in super safe and easy. You step out the door into the middle of the action and easy walk to Wrigley.
