Have been here for two days and nights. The hotrl is nice with nice staff. Because of covid, there is no housekeeping service but they are very accommodating when you ask for sheets or towels. They have a pool and terrace. Pool was nice, have to make reservations to use it and you get an hour which is plenty of time. This hotel next to an apartment building is nice, out of the way with friendly staff right in the heart of Chicago. The only drawback was parking. Their valet parking was closed and you had to self park. They give vouchers which reduce the price about half. Room was cozy.
Great hotel, let us check in early for no charge. The location is great for bars and restaurants, Navy pier,millennium park. Only downside is the sister hotel a few blocks away with an almost identical name, we originally went to Riverfront and had to walk to River North.
When i got to my room there was an empty paper coffee cup sitting in the corner, meaning no one did a thorough cleaning. Now is not the time to be lax on cleaning hotel rooms. The front desk staff was nice and moved us to another room.. however, the heat and the mini fridge didn’t work. Got no sleep because it was freezing cold! And the 16th floor smells terrible. Not worth the money at all.
Nice room. 2 person bench seat jacuzzi Bathtub with seperate walk-in shower reason we chose this hotel. Everything closed due to restrictions. Great bed and pillows. Room could use some updates.
HORRIBLE!! I’m here from Miami for my anniversary weekend and this hotel have truly been a headache. No dine in eating in the city so thinking we can just enjoy our food back at our hotel but nope the refrigerator or microwave don’t work. They brought refrigerator to the rooms hours later which now sits right in the middle of the room! You have to wait on a list to have a microwave brought to your room which again no one mention. Front desk says it was mention on it website which after reviewing it realize that was false. Phones in the room don't won’t so you will need to use your cell every you need to call the rest and hope that they answer. Long story short stay anywhere else But here. Your better off renting a Motel. Very disappointed. All they can say is they apologize.
