Love this boutique hotel. Superb location easy to stroll around the old part of the city. The hotel is surrounded by many old Buddhist temples. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Bed is so comfy. Classy decor. Highly recommended.

Elliebum and Gabe were AMAZING! So accommodating and kind. Great recommendations for places to visit, see and times to allow for travel (including to the airport and locations). Food was wonderful and staff were kind, pleasant and super helpful. We would def stay here again.
Key note: BOOK the deluxe room, it includes 4 pieces of laundry per day and free shuttle with the airport. This Boutique hotel is in a key location to EVERTHING in the old city and short distance drive to outside the old city walls.
Cannot speak highly enough about this little gem in the heart of the old city. Thai Northern hospitality at its finest. Charming front desk staff who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are elegantly furnished with lots of nice little touches, you can tell a lot of effort and love has gone into the design. Loved the bronzed fittings in the bathroom and ceramic bedside lamps. ComplimentarySundowner cocktails were a highlight and honestly worth the price of the room alone. Do try the butterfly pea Elibum house special was it gin or vodka I forget but it was damn good. There are so many accommodation options in Chiang Mai but if you are looking for value for money and charming hospitality you can't go wrong checking this place out

I strongly recommend Elliebum for a visit to Chiang Mai! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and extremely hospitable. They gave great recommendations, arranged/negotiated hiring a taxi for the day, helped me call a local spa, and made our trip to Chiang Mai very relaxing. The room and bed were wonderful and the complimentary breakfast can either be ready at an appointed time or started when you come downstairs. The location was great, both in the main city but on a side street. The only downside is that we had some issues with the hot water lasting more than 15 minutes without the breaker going out. They offered to switch our room but we didn’t want to change after settling in. Stay with Elliebum if you can handle stairs and want a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai!
