Super. My room is big. Lots of parking spaces. All staffs are helpful. Breakfast is great, having many choices.
The only con is its' location that is out of town but easy to go to the airport, though.

Let me start by saying that I can be a very difficult customer to deal with. However the concierge is that goes by the name of First was extremely helpful. He assisted me with renting a car without having to leave the resort to pick it up. Next he assisted me with booking a wonderful tour visiting the kanta elephant sanctuary. finally, I bought a phone service plan at the airport which I thought was sufficient however apparently I used all the data he even assisted me with adding more data to my phone. Also the breakfast was amazing and the kids enjoy the pools.
A comfortable hotel to live in. Room is clean and the bed is wide enough. Equipments inside are new and It includes all daily necessities. Breakfast's quality is high and contains variety of food everyday. Staff here is nice and very helpful to make any request. It is highly recommend to choose this hotel.
Wintree is a very cosy nook.
Beautiful hospitality. Food is very good. Reception personnel really receive guests. So far the tariff goes it's a good choice.
