The staff are very friendly and helpful. Located uniquely in the midst of commercial lot and we were surprised at how the landscape and villas were designed and setup you’d think it is actually at some remote location. Huge villa for my family of 6. Beautifully decorated too.
Just have to be careful with the mosquitoes at dusk.

This is a rare hotel where the hospitality has the friendliness and warmth of a B&B and the facilities of a resort. They're always improving their service and offerings for guests. An oasis of nature in the city. You can't go wrong if you stay here! We always stay here when we're in Chiang Mai.
Great location & clean friendly place
This hotel is a delight and the staff are so friendly and attentive. The small grounds are very attractive and the pools very well kept. They organised a private driver tour of 6 temples for us, which was fabulous and we were very happy staying here. The food was great and happy hour cocktails were definitely a bonus!
I liked that hotel very much! It was really charming and that place is so calm and nice to be in. The service, the people there are so adorable and they are caring about us a lot then it is sweet! Nothing bad to say about that hotel, it's relaxing, pretty and clean. Moreover that the restaurant there is really good, the food is so esthetic, and the price is totally okay for the quality of the food! And also the hotel is not really at the center of Chiang Mai but if you wish going somewhere they can bring you anywhere by "tuk-tuk" so its great!I recommend it!
