I spent a week here with my wife and Son(6). The breakfast was perfect before heading out for the day. Good Coffee!. all the staff was friendly and helpful with answers on where to go and how to get there. We had some tours lined up and they helped get us organized to make sure we didn't double book and we ended up having a great time. The location is just about a block away from a busy street and just around the corner from one of the coolest temples I've seen! We did eat at the rooftop restaurant as well during the lantern festival which was really cool to watch. I would most definitely go back without hesitation
Absolutely no complaints about this hotel, the service is great and the location is perfect if you want to explore the old city.
Amazing boutique hotel. Great staff especially Mao who was so kind to us and helpful. We could even check in earlier then 12.00.
Breakfast was excellent, very big plus for the coffee which they were decorating so beautifully. Location very close to everything. Next time we will come for sure here again whenever we visit changing mail.

Really amazing place! Small hotel where you feel like at home. Delicious breakfast with awesome coffe and great location close to all attractions. You can rent bikes for free, and the people at the hotel are very helpful. Speciall thanks to Mao who gave us a lot info about chiang mai and even checked us in much earlier then normal check in time. They treatment is much better then in big 5star hotels where we stayed in bangkok.
Really worth every euro.

Talking about the breakfast buffet here. We paid 200bht pp for buffet of food, salty and sweet. Thai and westerners food. Coffee is included and unlimited. The coffee was super good. I also recommend the fruits and the sticky rice, super yummy. Unfortunately no homemade yogurt and the waffle maker is struggling with or without butter ...
