Great location near Sunday Walking Street in the heart of Chiang Mai Old City, directly opposite 3 King Monument. Nice boutique hotel, clean and fairly new with minimalist design. Comfortable stay for 3 nights, shower was great, everything was working well. Structure of hotel might be prone to noise from loud walkers, but otherwise it's relatively peaceful. Staff were friendly, breakfast was freshly prepared, simple yet good. Overall would recommend for budget travellers who want a great place to rest and freshen up.
Nice affordable hotel. Basic amenities but it's new and very clean. Location is great to explore the old city. Would recommend it for a casual stay.

Staff were smiley and very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the chocolate banana shake was great! Pleased to see a vegan menu too! ✊
Hotel is in a good location inside the old city. The staff Bird was very helpful as well. The beds were comfortable, but mind that the hotel is next to a road so light sleepers take note. The breakfast was great too. Overall positive experience.
it was quiet even though it is located in the middle of old city of Chiangmai :-) breakfast is good and the room is clean and spacious. only one thing that I’d like to point out is ants which I met in the bathroom (and on my bed later). They tried to handle it for us!
