For $50/night it's a great place to stay as you're in the heart of old city. Venture outside of the city walls though, lots of neighborhoods to discover
the beds are hard as rock very uncomfortable; the room floor is very dirty (looks clean but your feet becomes black if you walk barefoot) I dont think they mop while housekeeping. location is good but also noisy during the night
A cute place with great location (right in the heart of Chiang Mai). We booked for New Years and many month ahead which came up to around 210 Euro/night. Unfortunately this hotel is not worth more than 40 Euro so we felt a bit let down - especially when we had to pay another 6 Euro for an extra kids bed. Design is nice, the pool looks gorgeous and you’ll forget that it is so ice cold that it becomes almost unusable for children. Breakfast is a bare minimum and next time we’ll find something with a better cost to benefit ratio.

Beautiful place, staff was fantastic. Quiet and clean a sanctuary to return to after a day of sightseeing. We stayed on the 3rd floor. No elevator, no problem. Large room, bathtub, tv. The power turns off when you leave.
