what we felt a bit strange about, was first, that we spent the night before in a hotel for half the price, but had a much bigger room, much more amenities in the room (tooth brush -and paste, etc.). our deluxe pool acces room also didnt deserve it's name. yes there was access to the pool, but only via steep slippery staircase, without any handrail. really dangerous for not so young people. addiotionally, the whole place is terribbly moskito infested, sitting evenings outside is impossible.
Good service but very noisy during night time because of residents in nearby condominium. Difficult to have good sleep here.
What an amazing resort! Just splendid! The landscaping, trees, music, lighting, rooms, everything is great. The swimming pool is so unique, and it's sounded by trees so looks very beautiful. Staff are very helpful.
