Best hotel in Chiang Mai, adorable sheep design that attract I book kokotel at first. When reach hotel, the staff is very friendly to server you, hotel food is great, the room are nice, lot space, great view and very clean. Will come back to book here, if I came Chiang Mai again...

edit: After notifying, they remedied the situation. Although ideally this should be checked before guests check in. The staff at the lobby are also helpful.
Convenience, cheaper price (900-1,500 baht per night), bigger room for budget tourists or someone who prefer to stay near popular area “Nimman”. 500m walking distance to shops, cafes, local restaurants or bars (at night). The towel should be refreshed & the shower room is pretty small comparing to the size of the room.
The breakfast is not delicious. Barely eat Asking for more poached eggs will have to charge more. Drinking water must walk to fill it outside the room. Never met If I ask for more handkerchiefs, I have to walk down to the lob by myself. The master bedroom is good, but the bathroom is very small. To go in or go out, you have to escape to stand on one side. Not really impressed Probably the first and last time here.
Clean and chill style, with an amazing mountain view. The room is pretty clean and well maintained and the staff are attentive.
I haven't tried the breakfast, so I can't comment on that but the bed and pillows were so comfy. The aircon works perfectly fine and the room is quiet at night.
Also, I like their effort to be sustainable with various implementations.
Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay.
