By far, one of the best hotels in chennai with a lovely sea view. The ambience inside makes you feel you so great. Amidst corona, they have maintained the place really well. There is no doubt you can get a 5 star experience here. Hotel is located at a very Porsche location. Rooms were excellent which will make your stay pleasant. Food quality was nothing less than fantastic. Overall, a true value for money hotel.
Beautiful property, tastefully decorated room, tranquil environment, all of them are more than what one would expect from a place like this. But to be treated and feel like royalty - it has to be experienced. The team at Leela Palace Chennai will ensure that it will be a memorable experience. They are the best!
Special shout out to the chefs too, for a some finger licking yummy food.
Anyone wanting to experience the Indian hospitality they have read about, they should definitely come here.

The Leela Palace Chennai is perhaps the only top rated property in the city that can boast of giving a proper sea view room as it is situated right on the sea front. The sea view itself is quite breathtaking with sunrise views of the Bay of Bengal, Adyar Estuary and the iconic Broken Bridge from the rooms and even from the restaurants, the bar and most common areas. The Chess Garden area of the hotel adjacent to the Chinese restaurant is another hangout spot that allows you to admire the grandeur of the property while lazing around in comfy sofas.
The hotel is otherwise packed with all the facilities that one would expect of a modern hotel and the service level itself is top notch. This hotel while being situated in the city transports you away from it in every sense of the word.
The Leela palace Chennai is one such property which makes you feel home away from home. This is in no way any exaggeration because we went there to dine in Spectra restaurant with my family. Right from the lobby welcome to the restaurant team, every staff of theirs is there to look after your needs.
Altogether, this entire team coordination made sure that we had a great dining experience and all our needs are looked after. I have been planning to visit them soon again and recommend it to all my friends and family.
Spacious room with a nice sea view. Room no 138 is just beautiful. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a good experience with food at restaurant. Chef Kaustubh and Restaurant manager Ajay has provided the best menu from their kitchen. Overall experience was awesome.
