Very poor room service. Had to call them many times to get toiletries and they only brought half of what we asked for. They haven’t cleaned the room or changed the sheets that was used by previous users. The check-in experience was also poor, we had to wait for 45 minutes to check in.
The only good thing about this place is the food. They had quite an extensive option for breakfast for vegetarians
The stay was quiet pleasant... since we celebrated our friends birthday party and the price was also too nominal for the comfort given...
The buffet was amazing with all cuisine and taste...the room service provided with all amenities required for our comfort...
And i tried my best to find some defects in their services but i failed...
Keep giving the service you gave for us...
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again ❤️Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt.
