Great location. Very good staff (reception/housekeeping/restaurant). Compact but efficient restaurant, tasty food. Travelled with 9 yr old and 2 yr kids and had no complaints. Chef and restaurant staff ensured kid compatible food was served.
Worth the price. Well maintained.. great buffet options for breakfast. The only negative point was the room in which we stayed was probably near some machinery or air vent or plumbing thing so whole night there was noise intermittently.
Rooms are not directly proportional to a three star hotel.
This is one of the best hotels in Nungambakam area. Value for money, all basic amenities available in room. Staff is very courteous and helpful. There was a buffet breakfast inclusive in stay. Overall a very good experience.
Amazing location, good reception staff, but some rooms stink, our room 410 stank really bad.
We had another room which did not stink.
Maybe the hotel needs to look and fix these kind of issues .
The food was tasty, room service is good.
The central location is a big plus.
The rates were attractive so I chose this place.
I hope the hotel does all necessary things to fix the deficiency that I mentioned.
