I stay there for 1 week Me and my wife had an amazing experience at Al Noor Palace Hotel I can say best luxury hotel in chennai, Triplicane with cheap prices. Nothing we've experienced before.
Secondly about the services from restaurant is amazing like breakfast,lunch as well as dinner. Staffs service was very nice and they are very polite, friendly,kind hearted and we'll experienced specially restaurant manager Majnoor he take care about me like it's my home.Food was very good taste.. It was certainly an experience I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Such a nice place to stay at Chennai. I just preferred, if rooms are little bit spacious other than super quality service and ambience. Owner Mr Ameen,he is truly gentle man and knows how gives honour.Even at the restaurant i received quality service from the restaurant manager and awesome food from chef. I am truly delighted with their hospitality.
Awesome business class hotel
For the below reasons I would prefer to stay in this hotel again.
1) Room is very neat and clean
2) Bathroom is crystal clean with toiletries
3) Reception staffs and Room staffs all are polite.
4) Great hospitality
Decent Room with Poor Service
I stayed in Hotel for one night only and my experience was very bad regarding the In-Room dining service.
I reached to Hotel late night and shocked to know that they don't provide food after 11.00 PM.
Even they are not ready to provide milk or tea.
24 hours room service with limited menu is always pat of the basic service of any Hotel.
The staff and owners do not even understand "H" of hospitality. They strongly believe in making fun of their guests, running only because of its tie ups with few of websites. I am sure that they will be out of business if they move out of arrangements with websites. Rooms are too small even to be called as rooms. Breakfast is not served but thrown on the guests as they neither have a restaurant nor any tables in the room. Overall one of the worst experience ever had.
