Luxurious rooms, rich buffets, humble and always cooperative staffs, I liked this hotel very much. I also liked the button switches functions in the rooms. Also this was my official stay & the first stay at this hotel for my company too. I even shared very positive feedback about this hotel to my company, so that they will prefer only Hablis Hotel at Chennai. Their MAP plan comes under ~₹4500. Overall I am very satisfied.
Overall a good stay.
But, for sure this does not give a feel of a 5-Star hotel except the charges.
Too much of charges for the Stay/Food/Laundry for the facilities/food varieties it provides. Just to justify that it's a 5-Star hotel
Rooms are not sprayed with freshener and sanitizer at each cleaning.
Front desk Staff are friendly but most of them didn't wear mask and did not mandate the guests to wear mask too

I would evaluate it as the best 3-Star hotel in the city but an overrated 5-Star hotel.
If you really need a 5-Star stay in Chennai, look for some other hotels.
Conducted our family function here in Hablis quill hall. Good ambience and food at better rates. The service is also good but could have been better since we need to co ordinate among staff from different departments like luggage shifts and few others ..
Very clean, friendly staff, good food and rightly priced. Hygiene is well maintained. Steps for Covid sanitation well done. Strongly recommend. This was my first stay here last month, likely to stay in future visits
A nice hotel with very good Service Representatives. I liked the courtesy and proactiveness of the staff. very nice rooms and food quality.
Even the lounge at 1st floor is worth a sitting.
