Very neat and elegant hotel. Best place to stay in chennai at affordable price, breakfast is complimentry, routine cleaning, very flexible. Suite rooms are awesome. Worth the cost. Garden room is very very superb. More spacious.

Located absolutely in posh area of Chennai. Seems to be very safe.
It's few buildings away from famous Rajinikanth's residence.
Extra large rooms with private balcony for top end rooms.
Private courtyard inside the building for meditation etc or simply for evening adda(gossiping).
Food is nice and home like may be limited in variety but that's ok with me. My room had separate cross trainer .
People are friendly and helpful.
Rooms have LED TV on the wall.
My room had a large double bed with another single bed in it.
People SPEAK HINDI and good English without much of accents.
Rooms are clean and nice. Good for business visitors and families....
