I went to raintree to enquire for my son's first year bday... They have one 60-80 hall capacity and one 320 hall capacity that they offered... Their menu rates ranged from 1400 to 1700 for non veg or mixed menu... The food tasted really good and I think would be a good option for small conference and small functions
Awesome place to stay and very good place to dine in, specially roof top restaurant with skyline view.
Stayed here for 4 days . Though it's a decent / nice property, i couldn't place it in par with other known 5 star hotels. 5* to cleanliness , 4 and half stars to rooms, 3 stars to food, 5 star to restaurant staff , 3 star to chef . I met the Chef (South Indian) but he is not very sincere to listen to guest's feedback. Just he go around , talk to guests , forget next moment . He promised me to serve some good items of my choice when i come on the next day but he didn't remember anything on that day. We were very much surprised to see that they employ north Indian chef's to cook south Indian Cuisine . Dosa taste & quality was pathetic and other south Indian items never tasted good. Food is a let down here in comparison with other big brands like Taj or Holiday Inn or Hilton. Holiday Inn, OMR strived hard to serve the food of our choice . The Chef was too sincere . It's a Big miss here . We don't recommend this hotel if you are very much specific with south Indian delicacies . All South Indian dishes are prepared by Grim faced Chef's from Sikkim like places. They don't know to greet and smile. It doesn't create pleasantness .I am not trying to find fault with them but they should learn basic courtesy when you are in the Hospitality Industry. Food is losing authenticity when it's prepared by non natives .
I have requested the front office to get me connected with the GM but every time they avoided with some reason . Staff have to smile and Greet the Guest but it's a little miss here . A hotel can't improve unless you listen to "Constructive criticism" from the Guest .
Superb Hotel. Better than the most in the city.
Good place to stay ....better to prefer after pandemic
