Very good, clean safety rooms Good breakfast especially idiyappam.

Stay was comfortable but breakfast can be improved a lot

Friendly staff. Room was neat and clean.

Location is in the centre of Chennai, a very posh area in Nungambakkam. Rooms are nice and towels aplenty and clean. Why some damp smell is coming when we enter the room from outside is a cause for concern. Very much obliging staff but lower level staff need training. True, the guests pay and still they are guests who are to be treated with utmost honour and respect at every step. This hotel tries that.

Room service is good. Breakfast can be improved. Accessible to most of the places. Over all good
