We had such a great experience here. The place is new and very modern. Georgia and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome. The view from the rooftop is awesome plus a small pool. The staff takes care of parking which is really nice. We also liked the breakfast a lot.
Perfectly located modern hotel directly by the sea in Chania. The hotel is almost directly on the waterfront and is only 5 minutes walk from the old port. Nevertheless it is very quiet at night.
We had a great stay with delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are unexpectedly large and the pool on the roof is just a dream. Anytime again with pleasure.
We visited this wonderful hotel with exceptional hospitality from Maria and Katerina. They will make you so comfortable and give you a list of exceptional places to visit in this fantastic city. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come again.
Perfect location in the center of the old town, clean with beautiful decoration and nice balcony for morning coffee overlooking the blooming bougainvillea !! Comfortable king size beds that offer a unique sleeping experience !! Perfect for couples but also for families !!
OMG! I loved this 17th century family home converted into a top class boutique hotel. Our room was stunning with a lot of the original features. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely a d looked after are every need. A special mention for the barman on the rooftop bar. The view from the rooftop bar over the old harbour is priceless. We can't wait to stay here again.

Serenissima is the perfect location for couples traveling in Crete. It has fabulous, warm and friendly staff, is well located for walking in Chania, beautiful and comfortable with delicious food.
High quality accomodation with a great localization.
Directly in the old town, run by very nice and friendly people, furnished and arranged with a very good taste.
The Andante room we had is quiet and cool with a private side street entrance. Bed is very comfortable and we had a great sleep, all 2 minutes away from the Venetian Harbor area.
Breakfast is rather basic but tasty, all with a very good price.
All in all highly recommended.

All the staff are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The room & bathroom were immaculately clean. They provide bottled water everyday. Large selection of choice on the breakfast a la carte menu (served until 11:30) which can be served either in your room or in the breakfast seating area downstairs. They provided clean towels everyday as well as slippers + bathrobes. Would stay here again!
There is free parking about a 10min walk away from the hotel.
We have been in this boutique hotel 2 years ago and we have to admit that that it was the best ever! The rooms are so nicely decorated and really spacious. The hotel itself small but really very charming. The receptionist was very kind and friendly to us. We wish more hotels like this. It is something special thanks ❤️
We had a great experience here. Our room overlooked the water and lighthouse. The design and functionality of the room is incredible. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is central and great. Overall, we really loved our stay.
Really nice restaurant with totally interesting and good tasting food with with fair prices. The Members are really friendly especially the beatiful woman at the entrance!

A very nice hotel with super friendly staff and a humble owner.
We had the room in the first floor with sea view. The room is very spacious. Enough space to put your clothe. A small kitchen allows to make a coffee if necessary.
The bathroom is nice and has enough space and great water pressure.

The personnel is very friendly and super kind. They do everything to make u feel comfortable and happy.
In the morning we enjoyed the Greek breakfast with coffee and eggs alongside a great view.

The hotel is on an excellent spot on the Old Port of Chania and makes the whole city totally accesible! It was also next to the public parking lot. Our room had view to the port and even though it was small we had a very nice time there. The room on the other hand was spacious with a modern bathroom and it was more than enough for our small family of three. The breakfast area is perfect with a lot of plants for a shade and it serves brekfast with local ingredients. So tasty! Totally recommend it!
New, clean and spacious room in the heart of Chania old town. The view from our balcony was exceptional, while the room is totally peaceful and offered us the romantic atmosphere we were looking for. Special thanks for the service and all the help we had!
