Serenissima is the perfect location for couples traveling in Crete. It has fabulous, warm and friendly staff, is well located for walking in Chania, beautiful and comfortable with delicious food.
Stayed several nights here. Beautiful little boutique hotel with extra care taken during COVID-19 times. Appreciate that! Nice room, strong air conditioning, super clean, huge bathtub/shower, very nice breakfast, friendly staff and perfect location. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel. I was a bit dissapointed that some clothes given for laundry were returned damaged (dress became a shirt etc) and they did not have a professional response to the situation. So.. a lovely hotel just don't use the laundry service!
