Our car had a scratch and when we told the security if they can review by camera and see who scratched our car they told us the car near us ! And the next day they told us it not that car ! And they contacted the car rental and told them false information without informing us! Am even not sure if this is a LUXURY appartment !!!! Thx
Very nice, clean and modern apartments with private parking.
Great location and plenty of underground parking. The apartments are new and nicely decorated. Ladies at reception lovely and helpful. Recommended if you don’t want to stay in the busy heart of Chania.
