I stayed two types rooms. One is superior room and the other is junior suiteroom. The former one is small and unuseful, the latter is pretty good. I don't recommend the superior room.
Hotel staffs were good except one receptionist.
She is really poor job performance.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Great, well set out, clean and spacious rooms with view over the mountains. Amazing helpful service from the concierge staff and free transfers to the ski areas, hire shops etc. Great restaurant with good value for money and delicious menu. Small but functional gym on site. Great spa area with steam room, sauna, outdoor spa and heated pool which is amazing to relax in after skiing. A must visit hotel in the Chamonix area!
Overall great experience. The reception and concierge are super friendly. Only complain is that the service at restaurant can be more skillful.
Lovely hotel. Probably the best in town. Low key luxury.
