We booked a Valentines weekend at the Heliopic Hotel in the middle of Covid and the staff did a great job of making our stay comfortable, romantic, and somewhat normal
The location is central and you can walk everywhere. Even though it’s next to a road on the map, it’s a little 2 lane and there’s no noise, our balcony was overlooking and I’m a very light sleeper, 0 noise
The style is modern and fun, reminds me a bit of the modern boutique hotel chain Mama Shelter.
You can park in their underground parking for 10€ per day which is useful since the only other option is parking pretty far away from the center of town.
We had room and board so breakfast and dinner delivered to the room which, while it’s no restaurant, it was nice.
The spa is excellent, we had to respect certain time slots and distance rules but I adored cycling between the hamman, sauna, and ice bath.
We were in a Mansard room under the roof with view of the Mont Blanc and the room was clean and spacious with a big comfy bed and black out curtains. I’m a light sleeper and appreciated that while the hotel was full, it was very quiet and I slept like a baby. Would definitely recommend
We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot.
Weak point from me: there are 2 building wings, if you don't ask for the one which has the pool on -1 floor, then you have to pass through the reception hall dressed for the swimming , smiling to tourists checking in or out...

Very nice staff, rooms, lobby. The hotel was made with the attention to the details, what I aprecciate. Cold cave in the spa is awesome).
Just mind the fact it's child friendly so the are a lot of children everywhere).
Some small things that can be improved: the breakfast is the same at all days and barely has any vegetables.
At the breakfast time the staff is cleaning up the tables which were already left. It makes some noise for the people who are still eating.
They atmosphere of the hotel is great. They have a big reception area with kitchen, library(unfortunately only french books), kids area and you can really relax in the reception. The pool area is great. You can relax with a hot cup of tea. Breakfast is really good! Nothing bad to say about this hotel!
The location is very good and easy to find. The hotel room is clean and good. I really liked the spa there. Especially massage was one of the best with the good price. Comfortable atmosphere. Check in and out is very fast
