We had a reservation with this hotel for spring of 2020. When the pandemic hit we obviously couldn’t travel and tried to work with the hotel to change our reservation. Instead they just kept our deposit and wouldn’t work with us at all. Avoid these people!!!
Gorgeous cosy family run hotel just off the main town. Greeted to two extremely warm and helpful young gentleman. Lovely room with balcony and fab view.. we went for a superior room. We literally cannot say anything but positives.. great value, great location, comfortable cosy and lovely staff!!!! 5 stars ⭐️
Absolutely love this hotel. The personnel was warm and inviting and always helpful. The rooms a very charming. And the hotel is very well situated.Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend
We stayed at this beautiful hotel before and after hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is very generous. Most importantly the staff are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the city center of Chamonix.
Audrey on reception was super helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely - very clean and some nice extras. We enjoyed the spa and sauna each day - gorgeous view of Mt Blanc + the glacier from both. Well located, good restaurants very close by.
