We had a room for 3 and asked to add a pop up bed for our 10 months old. These were the newly refurbished room and they were very nice with a lot of taste! The main problem for us: no fridge in the room! This is really complicated for families when you have meals, milk and food to keep refrigerated for little ones so this was a real downside - not family friendly. Also the hotel was fully booked and when we arrived the big parking was full... we were told that we should have booked that as well... There is a parking nearby so not too bad but very unpractical for loading/offloading the car with 2 little ones. The activities at the hotel are great: nice swimming pool and garden with many games, also some nice live music. Finally the staff wasn't the friendliest... The worse was that we asked for late check out which they granted (thank you) and we respected the adjusted time. But then I got 2 calls from the staff telling me that since we hadn't checked out (!), they were going to charge us. This was a misunderstanding but not a very nice experience to be threatened... So all in all, average experience there although a lot of pluses.
Incredible hotel down to the finest detail with friendly, helpful and authentic staff. The room was original, trendy and full of little details that made us feel right at home. I could go on and on about the incredible views of he Alps right from the hotel terraces and pool and the access to the city- just 1 min away on foot!!
Lastly it was our wedding anniversary and the front desk manager left us a sweet note with balloons and a voucher for 2 free drinks to celebrate the occasion. We felt special.
Incredible place. Highly recommend for a group of friends, couple or families. Something for everyone. The hotel captures all vibes and tailors to all tastes. I've been twice. Will return.
The most unpleasant hotel crew I ever had to deal with. The fact that they had to speak English unfortunately only confirms the French stereotype and we felt totally unwelcomed. Pretentious atmosphere and nothing more. Rooms and breakfast were fine but it was spoilt by the fact that we were treated as complete strangers. Its sad that such a nice place is destroyed by young team, which doesnt give u a nice feeling and actually completely doesnt care:/
Amazing family friendly hotel! Premium room are ideal for families. Views are amazing. Clean rooms and super casual and friendly staff. Highly recommmend it.
