This place could be an amazing hotel, but is lacking in a lot of things. Especially the most basic ones.
I didn't stay on the chalets, so i wouldn't know how they look inside, but on the outide they look pretty old.
Let's talk about the personal. Half of them were drunk, that you could smell them on their breaths, they weren't nice and they look like they wanted to be anywhere but there. The people at the service needs to be clean, and much more presentable. And the recepcionist needs to be more friendly.
The food was good but too expensive. The portions were too small for what you have to pay.
I hope someone reads this and get better.
Also ,I write this in english so a lot of people know were they going.

Good food but 3 people we ate there, one of us got sick 3-4 hours after the dinner. She had some oysters but still. Very charming chalet but because of that food posining i had a bad experience. Again 2 out of 3 of us were fine!
I had dinner at this place on New Year's eve, a 250 Euros per person dinner which caused me a severe case of food positioning. I was sick with fever/ shiver for more than 24 hours and could not keep any food/ liquid in my body! I reached out to the management to inform them about my sickness and NO one has even acknowledged any of my emails. I had a terrible experience at this location and I don't recommend anyone to eat any food prepared at this establishment. Their kitchen is highly contaminated and they don't seem to care about what happens to their guests.
Beautiful forest setting with nice spa facilities and a private cinema with a fantastic sound system. The service was also excellent and the food delicious.
