Great service and very friendly staff! The lobby is very large, there is a chessboard, a room for children with toys and a TV, delicious coffee and tea is also available right in the lobby! Cable car right outside the hotel entrance. Modern interior in the rooms! Nice and spacious SPA! We were surprised by a New Year gift!
Amazing service and outstanding facility. We enjoyed every evening sitting at the lobby listening to live music. They also have chess boards, free tea/coffee/ boxed juice in the lobby. Extremely kids friendly. It’s located next to the cable car to the peak of Europe. What else can one ask for!
We had to cancel our trip due to covid and after 3 months of phone calls and emails, we still haven't received our refund for our booking that had free cancellation. When I call the hotel to try and get information about when the refund will be processed they offer no help and say to email them but do not respond to any emails.
Very friendly staff helped us our stay unforgettable. It's clean everywhere, so we didn't feel risk of Covid-19.
Quality service and the most friendly staff (all of them!) I have ever encountered in a hotel. Most of them speak fluent English. They provide lots of information about how to get around the hotel and the amenities and also about Chamonix itself. Lounge, restaurant, and spa are all very relaxing and an absolutely lovely experience.
