I stayed here on one of my tours of Europe. It is a 5 star hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool is fabulous, with a view of Mt Blanc. The food is also amazing! It is rated with 2 Michelin stars. This is a family run facility, since the early 1900’s. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon❣️
Worth the money with real quality service and leisure
The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are wonderful. The low rating comes from comfort. The furnishings opt for form over comfort. But, most disappointingly of all the common areas are kept at a very warm temperature -- to the point of irritation for me. This overwhelms the settings you have in your room. I can't sleep when hot no matter how nice the staff is or spacious the room. It's a very expensive place to pay so you can lie awake sweating in late September despite 15 degree weather outside.
Everything was excellent. Stay here for the most authentic and great experience. Fantastic staff.

Beautiful space in Chamonix with outstanding food and service. This was our favorite meal over the two week visit to the Alps region. Our young sommelier was the highlight of the service - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great pairing suggestions for each course. He was also able to incorporate our own preferences into the pairings. Can't wait to go back in winter!
