The room was perfect, but ‘the breakfast’ was really TERRIBLE! For 16-20€, with a value of maximum 2,50€, it was a big deception. A small bag with a very bad quality small croissant, a not well baked small white bread and a pain au chocolate (small 2). It is not worth!!! For the rest they had nothing to offer, besides frozen fruit and very dry pancakes? So if you are going to stay here, do NOT take the way to expensive breakfast.
Mentioned it at the receptionist, but as always, the same answer, probably they’ll do nothing about it... who cares!!!!
It was nice and everything was excellent but it was very hot and there was no cooling system but overall the staff were very friendly and the decorations were nice.
Location was ideal! Breakfast was ok. Good variety but could really improve on keeping the hot food warm! Otherwise the staff are friendly, helpful and tolerant. The rooms were clean on arrival, and cleaned regularly. Views are amazing. One star short because of the annoying sound of walking from the very top floor that echoes through the ceilings. We had a floor between us and it was still quite loud! Avoid level 6 under the kitchen/restaurant area, and you’ll be sure to have a 5 star experience!
The room was great and really fresh! Great bed and shower! The best was the balcony with a view overlooking Chamonix! You hear the calming noise of the river outside. Really good located in Chamonix centre close to a supermarket, tourism office, restaurants, nature, bus station etc.
Unfortunately the only minus on this hotel is the staff efficiency and cleaning service, where the check in was delayed (even if the check in starts at 4 pm) cause the room wasn’t available because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Also they missed to clean the room two days during my stay. My room also didn’t have any windows, so had the balcony door open all night for fresh air.
Overall it’s a good, relaxing hotel but not sure it’s worth it’s price!

I came back to Chamonix and stayed at Alpina Eclectic Hotel. I am very satisfied, very clean, the staff was nice, I could check in one hour earlier. Really fresh and nice hotel. Thanks for a great stay!
The staff were friendly and helpful with directions, the room view was lovely and the facilities are great. However the upstairs restaurant was a let down, our room had a half empty bottle from a previous customer left upon arrival, sometimes clean towels were not provided after cleaning, and the drinking glasses inside the room are paper and plastic with no water bottle refills provided
Some improvement is needed to reach true 4*
