The room and location was great, but it was the service that will keep us coming back. Thierry was the kindest host you can find. Not only did he provide an amazing breakfast and recommendations, he genuinely cared about our well being by providing his own jacket to weather the cold. Angels do exist.
Excellent place and location, cosy and charming. The host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and a luxury bathroom. Very clean house. We had a real pleasure to be guests there.
The first thing to know about this place is that it is NOT in the chamonix town, you must take a train/bus to get there. That being said, the train and bus were about 1 minute away and it was very easy/convenient to get to town. For the bed and breakfast itself, it was SO cute and the owners/managers were delightful. There was a small outdoors sauna which we took advantage of. In the morning, breakfast was magnificent and the owners did a great job of providing delicious food and displaying it well. Absolutely LOVE. Only other complaint is that we didn't have a bathroom door (only a thick curtain), so I had to leave the room when my partner had to go to the bathroom.
Nice B&B close to Chamonix & Les Houches. From Chamonix bus station, take #2 bus to Les Boussans Glacier stop and walk under highway, then turn right. It's 1/4 mile on right. Sabina is very friendly and helpful. Bus and train stops are very close by.
