Good except for the fact that the front desk girl doesnt trust her guests. She wanted to charge us for 2 breakfasts. I told her that we didn't have a breakfast at the hotel. She went to "verify", she came in the lobby and told me that I actually had breakfast. It was obviously not the case. I can't believe that she didn't trust me. I ended up checking out and she mad a very bad face showing me that I lied. Really a bad check out experience. Better not work in hospitality If you can't trust your guests.
Great hotel, amazing location and perfect breakfast! The workers are super friendly and helpful! The room is cute and clean .. perfect place in Chamonix!!!
Very friendly staff and perfect location. Rooms are a bit small and with no balcony. Can be challenging to park sometimes.

To sum it up in one word: cosy.
We felt as if we were siblings of a large family staying in a large home. Every staff exudes such warmth and helpfulness that they feel like close friends. This was helped by the casual dress code they had.
There wasn't a restaurant to support having food delivered to your room, but we could go down to the cosy communal area to have free refreshments like coffee, tea and cookies.
Every time we looked for the front desk for help, the staff on duty at that time would go the extra mile to make sure we really got what we needed.
We had great memories here.
