Great Hotel in a beautiful location. Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.
Not good value for money. Directly on the train line (Essentially a freight train going through your room), internet quality sucked (e.g. Couldn’t join a zoom meeting), didn’t have the room we booked and ‘upgraded us’ to a worse one, was a drama to move us and ended up in a room that felt like a downgrade, restaurant service is average at best. Stayed a week, would have preferred to move into Cefalu. Shuttle and beach club weren’t running
The reef area is nice and serene, breakfast is decent. Pool area is nice.
Agree with some other reviews I’ve seen. We wanted to book much cuter places but they seem to be owned by le calette who were keeping them closed (maybe so people have to stay in their awful hotel?)
Got ‘upgraded’ to an awful room where the electricity didn’t work and there were ants in the bed. Private beach area is nice although it’s a rock beach not sand, but still better than the main cefalu beach which is full of people. They do however allow the public to use the pool and beach area which means its full of awful people the whole time. Staff are useless and take years to do anything. No shuttle to town which means you have to take an ugly walk to cefalu centre (although only 20 mins). Don’t stay here, just use the beach club if you happen to pass.
Nice hotel, very beautiful from as it has been recently renovated. The hotel is not centrally located but offers a shuttle to the center of the town as well to a private beach a little bit outside of the town. The two other options for the beach at the hotel are below average, but having 3 options in total (excluding the pool) the hotel does make an effort at providing a beach. The welcome drink is a nice touch, the free parking too, and the pool is very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the selection is wide of high quality.
