We stayed here for 2 nights in November in a room right on the water - fantastic views, super quiet area...and you can't beat the location. It's steps from a relaxing beach, and the staff was super nice. Mind you it was a bit of a different experience as we didn't eat at the hotel (due to COVID), but the experience was relaxing nonetheless. Would recommend :)
Great hotel, big terrace, perfect for breakfast.
Large pool a short walk from the main entrance.
Long wait for coffee at breakfast in the morning, need two barristas really, but breakfast good quality served by friendly staff. Dinner was pretty good, service a little sporadic, but staff pleasant, good value wine.
The seascape views are amazing.
We had a wonderful time: the views were amazing, all the staff were very friendly, there was heaps to do at the hotel, and it was in a great location. What more could you ask for?
Amazing hotel with astonishing sea view in Cefalu. I had such a pleasant experience during my 1-night stay at this hotel and I can recommend this hotel to anyone. The pasta with sardine was so delicious and fresh and also the Sicilian cannoli was so tasty that I 'll need a really long time to forget everything that happened at this place.
The hotel has a very large pool and is a short walk from a beautiful beach. The view from the balcony was spectacular however the room was not very comfortable, very low ceilings and it looks a lot more tired than the photos suggest with no hot water in the shower and toiletries not refilled. The biggest issue was how understaffed they were... I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and waited for the 3pm check in but wasn't able to access my room until 3.30pm. There was a group of men in my room when I arrived talking to the cleaner. I could never speak to anyone at reception without waiting 15-20 mins. They avoided eye contact as best they could and were always very busy. Breakfast had a good selection but with only 3 staff serving (no buffet due to Covid), the queue for a coffee alone took 15 minutes. They also did not respond to my email which I sent with questions prior to my arrival which was quite frustrating.
