Awesome place! The terrace is magnificent, with a view on the cathedral and the sea (beautiful sunsets!), location is 10/10. The bed was good, I slept well on it, the room & bathroom were also nice. Breakfast was good! Good coffee, sweet and savory options (croissants, biscuits, jam, ham, eggs, etc.), and even fruits. Giuseppe was very kind and attentive, offered me to help me with my bags, was flexible regarding check-in, and generally made sure that I felt comfortable. Would definitely come back.
Cracking place. Good value and amazing location. Breakfast was fine. All the people marking the place down for being up two flights of stairs really should learn to read. The owners state this quite clearly. One of the problems of allowing everyone a voice I suppose is that idiots get to use theirs too
Staff got confused about our booking, initially telling us we hadn't confirmed when we had. They gave us a nice penthouse apartment for the same price instead, though I daresay it would have been a lot more expensive had they not messed up.

They told us as soon as we got there, that there was no booking in our names becouse they havent received any confirmation from Hostelbookers.
So if you are thinking abou booking there or not give it a shot. You may get a room or not.
But I´d rather booking in any other place, just in case, as it was our case, you´ll waste half a day complaining and having to change your luggage to any other place and then end expending 50 euros more than yo expected.
Later in Spain reading other reviews in Tripadvisor and also here I regret not having done it before as it is something also Happened to other groups,
I think it´s something similar to a scam which I learnt in Italian just listening to the policeman who told to us: TRUFFA
