Didn't change my sheets when requested. I had no refrigerator and I left some snacks out that attracted ants and they didn't clean it until the 2nd day after. Front desk people and wait staff are really nice and the food isn't as bad as what the reviews say. I had a 3rd of the menu and it technically is on par with the "legendary" house of lechon. Best part is that I caught up on some major needed sleep since the hotel is within a very QUIET block

Old building: cracks in the wall, no key card but a metal key, loud aircon that is enabled on request not by default, mattress has lost sturdiness, no USB outlets. Nevertheless, it's a good option for budget travelers. The hotel is excellently located near Mango Ave. The breakfast is fine, and food can be ordered to your room.

Good clean hotel not expensive good breakfast

Comfy bed, clean room, hot shower, good wifi in our room.
