I had a booking with this accommodation but I had to cancel it due to the coronavirus pandemic. I cancelled during the free cancellation period. However, they decided to refund me £30 less due to "currency fees". When I booked my room they asked me to transfer them a deposit in the next 48 hours, so I paid that exact amount plus the fees my bank charged me for. however, they decided to transfer that amount minus the fees charged from their bank (apparently £30, when I just paid £1.44). I have been dealing with them and Booking.com for a month trying to get my full refund, because it is not fair they are charging me for that and, also, because it was meant to be a FREE cancellation.
Nowadays, I am still waiting for it and the accommodation just decided to ignore my messages. I do not really know how good or bad the hotel is, but I can say their customer service is terribly AWFUL.
Beautiful place to stay in Cebu ! Very clean & well maintained with very accommodating personnel. Very accessible to rides and eating places with very reasonable prices.
Place was very comfortable and well lit, wifi is soooo fast! They also have a bidet. No restaurant.
Very beautiful space with a box of amenities of arrival. Really appreciate the table and full length mirrors. Quiet during the morning/day if you're needing to sleep, but we unfortunately we had some karaoke sound through the walls in the afternoon/evening till around 10/11pm and then some dog barking during the night. You are right in a neighbourhood which is lovely but comes with the sounds. Very friendly and helpful staff though. Proximity to things is fairly good. Easy to walk out to the main street for a jeepney to get to places. Wifi was dependable. They give you a daily code. They do ask for a 1000 PHP deposit so have this prepared beforehand. Free water available of you ask for it
