Great place for staycation. The hotel is just attached to a mall so it's more convenient

Appalling WiFi
Me and my boyf had a staycation here for two nights last week of December. Since it is pandemic and holiday break, the hotel service was not that first-rate for us, but still we had relaxed well and had a great stay.
Here are some things we experienced that the hotel should consider to improve their hotel service quality: (1) Unluckily, our shower wasn't working well so I think they need to check and fix things regularly; (2) Our room card always lost its contact so our room electricity turned on and off at times, thus I think they should also check and replace defective room cards; (3) Slow wifi connection, and I think this is a no-no for those who wish to stay here for business purposes.
On the flip side, one of the amazing things about this hotel is that the mall is just few floors away so you can shop and dine wherever you want. And also, you will surely like their indoor pool.
Furthermore, this pandemic, it is quite sad that the hotel's Providore is open but not serving buffets yet for safety purposes. But overall, this hotel is indeed a great choice for your family and friends.
