Big room. Clean and quiet
Place is very accessible and staff are accommodating. A good place to stay to enjoy silence. Budget friendly
We were at Tsai hotel year 2015 we stayed there for about 2 months. I love the hotel because it’s accessible to everywhere you go downtown. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like there is there blanket is too thin and they won’t change it until you asked them. Their shower is too slow and the water is not that hot. One time we went out and we have some groceries left in our cabinets. I checked it the other day and some of them are gone. I hope when we go back it will all change. I still love to book a room in Tsai Hotel.

The service is fast and the front desk are friendly and so professional.
Had a nice stay. I'm assuming that the place is still quite new. I hope that it maintains their look and cleanliness. I hope to stay there again soon.
