Reviews from visitors:
The place is in good location.near in malls ,church, tourist places and in hi-way.
the lobby and the hall way was also nice, they put sanitizer in every floor near elevator. But you cannot see some trash bin on its way to throw some thing, you have to go in your room to put your trashes on or in your pocket,.their kitchen will start at 10am since the chef schedule is also 10am,so you have to wait for it or you can ask the receptionist to order outside and bring it to your hotel to eat..In the room where its good for 2 person but they only put 1 chair..and the cooler plug is not fit on its outlet so its useless ..
Mezzo offers a great variety of food selections. I was amazed at how great their service was and even greater food experience. My partner and I drove from far down south to the seemingly back to normal city just to try Mezzo, and we were never disappointed. See it for yourself. Thank you, Mezzo!
I based this due to my stay experience. I don't have any complains at all when it comes to all the staff even with the security guards. They are very accommodating and helpful to all your needs.
However, there are things I am not satisfied in the hotel:
- upon arrival, my washroom was not that clean. Shower head already have rusts and molds like it was not used for a long time
- mini kitchenette do not have a complete set of cooking tools. Even a ladle is not available. I already checked in the reception as it was mentioned as available in the contract however, they mentioned that they do not have it. I had to by my own ladle in order for me to cook.
- i tried asking additional bigger plat as I only had the small plate that holds a tea cup in the room. They said not possible at first. Few attempts woth different people before they finally gave in and provided me with a bigger plate to put my food.
SEPT 2020.
Booked their rooms via Agoda. There was never an instruction in Agoda of their COVID-19 protocols so it may be too late to back down when their requirements are too inconvenient for you. I initiated the inquiry through their emails. Their replies about their policies and protocols were always lacking that you have to be the one to ask specifically to get the answers! They answer quick when you paid for your reservation alreadyWe were told to secure medical certificates for each guest that will be staying, did not say that children and seniors are not allowed, that extra beds are not allowed. We were supposed to prepare here for my brother’s wedding. We called the receptionist and they told us makeup artists do not require the med certs but when we emailed them, they took it back and required for med certs. No clear communication within their staff clearly. And oh they said they are “sorry” but did not mention that the Agoda reservation can still be cancelled if the booking was made 3 days prior to your arrival. They clearly care more about getting your money than getting the “Filipino hospitality” they endorse in their ads. What a shame. Good thing we cancelled our bookings! Don’t stay here please.
Everything was clean and crisp! There were alcohol located in strategic locations around the hotel even inside the room. It was only unfortunate that the hot shower doesnt get warm enough or else i would have given it 5 stars
